Bio
Singer, songwriter and guitarist Brian Naughton comes to you from Saint Paul, Minnesota, bringing you an energetic mix of Blues, Rock, Funk and Soul. He first picked up the guitar at the age of seven, influenced by the likes of all three kings, Albert, Freddie and B.B., Hendrix, SRV and Robert Johnson, and hasn’t put it down since.
Over the years Brian has built a reputation as an outstanding guitar player in the Minneapolis/ Saint Paul area and has played with various artists, at various events and venues both locally and nationally. He has shared the stage with industry names such as Buddy Guy, Lonnie Brooks, Corey Stevens and Luther Allison. Whether he is performing Solo Acoustic or with his Blues-Rock Power Trio, he is always pushing the limits and is sure to leave you fully entertained and wanting more.
Currently, Brian is busy in the studio laying down tracks for his latest album. Artists contributing on this project include Ryan Butler, Erick Ballard, Paul Testa and Eric Gales. Stay tuned for details on the album’s early 2011 release. When not in the studio, The Brian Naughton Band can be seen performing at local venues across the Minneapolis / Saint Paul area as well as surrounding suburbs.
