Here is some of what others have to say about Brian Perry:
“Worth celebrating as one of the Deep South's best lyricists.”
- Offbeat, New Orleans, LA
“Perry writes powerful, enthralling roots rock based more in funky grooves than cheap sentimentality.”
- EAT'M Music Conference, Las Vegas, NV
“The intimate set I shared with the gentle-voiced, guitar-strummer from New Orleans...instilled in me a genuine appreciation for the craft of singer/songwriters. I think Perry... may be a big music angel with an even bigger talent sent to show me how well it can be done.”
- Gambit Weekly, Baton Rouge, LA

Bio
At the intersection James Taylor and Garth Brooks with Bruce Springsteen directing traffic, you find New Orleans’ singer/songwriter Brian Perry playing his own emotive brand of contemporary acoustic pop-roots-rock. The music is inspiring and thought-provoking, the lyrics honest and well-crafted, the passion contagious.
Brian spends most of his time criss-crossing the country doing what he loves: serving as a singer/songwriter, speaker, and coach. He performs at coffeehouses, bars, theaters, private homes, conferences, offices, camps, retreat centers, fraternities/sororities, high schools, colleges, churches and anywhere else he is called upon to do so. His resume includes performances for audiences ranging in size from 5 to 2,500 including such venues as the House of Blues in New Orleans and Eddies Attic in Atlanta. Having shared the stage with such notables as Shawn Mullins, Martin Sexton, and John Mayer just to name a few. Here are some of the other highlights of the journey thus far:
