Miami based rapper Bright Eye first garnered success with a guest appearance on the song "Type of Nigga U Need," which is featured on the multi-platinum selling album "Who Is Mike Jones." Raised in one of the toughest neighborhoods in Miami, the Poke-n-Bean projects, music has always been his main focus. He is known for his versatile flow, but his radio friendly, catchy hooks is what has given him the most recognition. Named after his eyes which changes color dependant on his mood, Bright has been focused on supporting his claim of being Dade County's Finest.
Since leaving Mike Jones and Ice Age, Bright Eye has been busy establishing a buzz in the south. He has released two mixtapes, Money Huntin and Point of No Return and a DVD which features footage of his studio sessions, performances, fans, and CD selling technique. He has performed at various nightclubs throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, and he is well known for his appearances on the Ice Age mixtapes that have flooded the streets of Houston. Bright Eye has also collaborated with some of the hottest rappers in the industry, including Lil Wayne, Jacki-O, Big Gipp, Pitbull, Slim Thug, Smitty, Mike Jones, and Paul Wall.
Bright Eye is not a stranger to crowds, his resume includes being apart of the opening act for the Young Jeezy tour and performing alongside Mike Jones and Jacki-O. His stage presence is highly commended, Bright knows how to get the crowd hype and keep them that way throughout the show, says Jacki-O.
