Bio

One man. Suitcase kick-drum. Harmonica. Guitar. Also a mini-washboard. And a bit of kazoo for good measure.

Broke Fuse is a one-man folk-blues band from Toronto, playing originals alongside songs by Willie Dixon, Jimmy Reed, Little Walter, Tom Waits and many others.

Broke Fuse began performing live in the GTA during the summer of 2014, and has gone on to play shows at venues throughout the area, including an opening slot for Juno award nominee Suzie Vinnick and a showcase at the TD Toronto Jazz Festival.

The all-original debut EP The Underground was released in 2015, with a second Broke Down + Blue following in early 2017. Broke Fuse music has appeared on a number of blues radio shows including John Valenteyn's Blues on CIUT, Friday night Blues on CKRL, Blues Boogie and Bop on 92.5 Kamloops, and Blues Unlimited on Lincoln City Radio.

The single "Subway Blues" has been featured on Global News Toronto:
