Biography

Are you ready for tales of love, betrayal, fear, anger, and longing?...And that's just the first CD!

Broken Frame has completed their debut CD: "Bleeding Angel". The completion of the band's debut CD marks the start of a new and exciting chapter in their musical career. Broken Frame began to break new ground in November of 2006, when Brandon took over the mic, joining Brandon "Frank" (guitar) and Cory (drums). Broken Frame pressed forward with the addition of bassist Dana in May, 2007, and things have been moving at a break-neck speed since then!

Broken Frame continues to grow their fanbase by performing exciting live sets, and by recording a series of radio-ready tunes. Following the release of "Bleeding Angel", Broken Frame looks forward to continue their expansion of their fanbase with the help and support of their loyal fans. The band has been approached by several national promotion and management companies, and is currently in negotiations with independent record labels who are striving to bring Broken Frame's identifiable sound to the masses.

Broken Frame plans on engaging in a series of regional shows in promotion of "Bleeding Angel", supported by radio play and strong word of mouth by the fans! The band would also like to inform their fans that a Broken Frame line of merchandise will soon be on its way, so they can get decked out for the shows and show their love!

Lyrics

Bleeding

Written By: Brandon M.

The moon is full
The air is cold
This bed is soft
I’m so alone.

The words we spoke
The hearts we broke
The wounds we made are still bleeding…

I’m still bleeding…
Bleeding…
I’m still bleeding.

Controlling! Manipulating!
...and lying to my face!
Controlling! Manipulating!
…but I still love you…

The ceilings dark
My feelings... stark
My nerves are all still red and raw…

My mind is seething,
I’m hardly breathing,
I pray for sleep
that will not fall…

‘cause I …can’t…breathe!

Controlling! Manipulating!
...and lying to my face!
Controlling! Manipulating!
…but I still love you!

and I can’t breathe…

Controlling! Manipulating!
...and lying to my face!
Controlling! Manipulating!
…and I’ll never love again

Controlling! Manipulating!
...and lying to my face!
Controlling! Manipulating!
…but I still love you.

The Promise

Written By: When in Rome

When you need a friend,
don't look to a stranger,
You know in the end,
I'll always be there.

And when you're in doubt,
and when you're in danger,
Take a look all around,
and I'll be there.

I'm sorry, I'm just thinking of the right words to say.
I know they don't sound the way I planned them to be.
And if you'll wait around while, I'll make you fall for me,
I promise you, I promise you, I will.

When your day is done,
and so is your temper,
You know what to do,
I'm gonna always be there.

Sometimes if I shout,
it's not what's intended.
These words just come out,
with no gripe to bear.

I'm sorry, I'm just thinking of the right words to say.
I know they don't sound the way I planned them to be.
And if you'll wait around while, I'll make you fall for me,
I promise you, I promise you...

I'm sorry, I'm just thinking of the right words to say.
I know they don't sound the way I planned them to be.
And if I had to walk the world, I'd make you fall for me,
I promise, I promise you, I will.

I gotta tell ya, I need to tell ya, I hafta tell ya, I gotta tell yaaaa ...

And if I had to walk the world, I'd make you fall for me,
I promise you, I promise you, I will ...

Dear Father

Written By: Broken Frame

Have I ever seen your face before? Tonight I can't.
Have I ever heard your voice before? In my head....
Yet I feel like I'm getting nowhere, with you...
Yet it feels like I've got nothing left to prove.

I've been trying too hard to please them all, forgetting me.
I would like some dreams to call my own.... a property......
Yet it feels like I'm getting nowhere, with you...
Yet it feels like I've got nothing left to prove.

And Dear Father you can't deny my name
And my son I never meant to just complain
But I never really had a choice at all
But I never really had a choice to make... make... make...

And what will it say on my tombstone? A good man...
I would rather write it on my own.... not use your hand...

Yet it feels like I'm getting nowhere (getting nowhere), with you...
Yet it feels like I've got nothing left to prove.

And Dear Father you can't deny my name
And my son I never meant to just complain
But I never really had a choice at all
But I never really had a choice to make... make..... make....

And Dear Father you can't deny my name
And my son I never meant to just complain
But I never really had a choice at all,
but I never really had a choice to make
but I never really had a choice at all
But I never really had a choice to make...
