Brooks

Brooks is a “beat specialist” songwriter, who uses a wide variety of percussion elements to create a unique musical style. He has been influenced by Bobby Brackins, T.Mills, Mac Miller, Mike Posner, The Pack, Na Palm, The Cataracs, and so many others.

Born in Colorado in the early 90’s Brooks is currently a freshman in College at Montana State University. He has a great passion and dedication for finding the coolest way to express himself, especially using words and rhythm in regular conversation. Brooks extends that creative energy into the composition of his songs, combining a diverse writing style using virtually all types of music for inspiration, hip hop, acoustic, house. Eli isn’t putting money first or even trying to be the best rapper or songwriter of all time. He is committed to having fun with his music and providing a musical innovation that makes his audience simply, “feel good.” He wants to develop new styles of music by pushing the limits with new sounds and rhyming techniques. He recently released a mixtape titled “Late Nights” which can be found on Datpiff and Hulkshare. For his most recent songs, he posts them on his Facebook artist page, BrooksMusic, or on his Soundcloud. The second installment of the “Late Nights” series is on its way but does not have a set release date.
