"Chart Magazine"

"…Winning points with a drawing of naked chicks doin’ it on the liner notes, Toronto’s Broomfiller hold their own without the obvious appeals to our kinkier tendencies. While they’re probably hoping for some Bad Religion connotation, they have a Queens Of The Stone Age riffage thing mixed with a Frank Black (via Nirvana)-ish structure over pop-punk beats. The complete package is pretty impressive for an independent outfit."

"Canadian-music.com"

"Yes, you read the title correctly. This album is punk-based alternative and I have played it for punks and non-punks alike and had heads nodding with mine so this is a good listen. It's varied enough to satisfy the alternative ear and raw and speedy enough to satisfy the punk ear. Production is pretty professional. The instruments are obviously played with skill and the vocals suit the music well and are strong throughout the album. The vocals remind of Pennywise one moment and Millencolin the next. The songs are energetic and I would love to experience them in a live setting. I consider this album a gem among my reviewed cds."

"Punk-Information.com"

"I saw this described as "indie" prior to receiving the review copy of this CD. So being someone who enjoys a harder edged and/or Ramones influenced style, my expectations weren't too high as I popped it into my car CD player. It took about 10 seconds to become an instant fan as I was assaulted by this hard driving rhythm guitar."
"Watching the Girls Go Bi" is Canada's BROOMFILLER's latest release and my first major exposure to the band. They provide mostly heavy guitar driven, hook laden, pop tinged punk (I dismiss the indie label) with hooks galore, vocals that go perfectly with the sound and great production.…An overall superb album."

"Live Indie Toronto Magazine"

"BROOMFILLER has created something very rare, and unique. The CD from front to back is an album experience, one song flowing into the next, without blending into one another like a monotonous distorted guitar haze. The first track "Decide Inside" kicks in with heavy distortion, and hard hitting riffs, but is blended with a very melodic base-line, and some very evocative vocal harmonies. With it’s plaintive last line ‘everything your touch believes in dies’ the searching nature of the song is brought to such a cathartic climax, that anyone who escapes emotionally unscathed must have a heart of pure stone. Top to bottom this is a solid album, especially for the first time out. The band tackles some heavy material, but they do it with a level of skill that takes many bands a long time to develop. The music is solid, and accessible to just about anyone. Watching The Girls Go Bi is a thoroughly enjoyable album, that promises good things to come."
- Tim Cassidy - Live Indie Toronto

"Original Sin Zine"

"In the past The Original Sin has reviewed lots of Canadian bands and even if here in Europe the Canadian scene is a bit underrated (which already is an understatement on its own), we have an excellent punkband for you to add to that list! Broomfiller are a three piece punk band but even if the standards might be there (always necessary for a punk sound), it's quite different! With a very strong self promoting way, Broomfiller are regular guests on alternative Canadian radio stations and made it in the Top 50 of Punk Songs on the mp3.com site! Well, it's like Broomfiller found the missing link between punk and indiepopguitarmusic (imagine Buffalo Tom with a New Bomb Turks-attitude and you're there!!!). I say it's punk because it sounds so but great guitarpop can be a synonym as well..."

"Toxic Mag"

"Broomfiller is the best thing to come out of Canada since Sum 41 and Simple Plan swept the US."
- Toxic Mag

"Punkmusic.com"

“An extremely talented band from Canada, with great melodies and a hint of mod… I like the band's style, the singer's voice is really good.”
- Neal - Punkmusic.com

"Altarnative.com"

“…this aggressive trio has all the elements to make an impression on any music scene”.

"BROOMFILLER is the kind of thing CFNY would cream their panties over!!”
- Caustic Truths Magazine

"RHiG Magazine"

“This is one of those young bands who work hard to promote themselves, tour consistently and who have the indie ethic down pat.”
- Krista Lamb - RHiG Magazine
