One listen to Brotherhood Experience and it is unashamedly evident of a worldview not commonly found in popular Hip Hop. Unlike secular/mainstream rap, which frequently glorifies sex, drinking, violence and drugs, Christian Rap focuses on The One who can deliver you from those things. Frontman John Vasser Jr. descibes the sound as Urban Gospel Music, fusing a blend of hip-hop beats, jazz, and R&B styles. The New Jersey based rapper brings The Good News to the open mic, developing a presence on the New York music scene performing regularly introducing his unique sound.
