Brother Mario

Born in 1983. Songwriter, rapper, producer; Brother Mario stands to testify that "Jesus saved his life." Brother Mario is from Athens, Ga and stayed a few years of his life in Spring Lake North Carolina, where he experienced poverty and gang activity. He fell in love with a pen and a pad in 1997. "Every trial and test gave him endurance, to make the songs of his life complete." His style of non contemporary gospel is a mixture of every song he has ever heard in his life; whether it was good or bad. Having the experience from being a church boy; it seemed that church wasn't the most popular thing when he became a teen. Straying away slowly from the church he began advancing and experiencing the club life and promoting secular music, but in 2005 he realized that "his life was not in tune with what he heard when he was a child." "So he followed the tune of his heart as it played a distilled melody that was calling him back to that place call home." Every since then Brother Mario hasn't looked back and his ignited passion speaks clearly in his music. His main focus is "to reach out to the hearts of all people with his God given talent.
