Bio
By blending a mix of tight dance grooves, instrumental masterpieces, and poignant covers, Brother Nefarious is able to lay a foundation for an improvisational style of rockin-soul-a-jazz-a-funk-o-delic music that defies categorization.
Yossarian remembers singing before he could talk. His influences include Marvin Gaye, Earth Wind and Fire, Johnny ‘Guitar' Watson, and Aretha Franklin.
Abe takes pride in being born in the year that ‘rock and roll attained true perfection. This eventually led him to learn piano, mostly from a ‘How to learn piano overnight' book he found in the attic. The rest is history. His influences include The Slip, Sound Tribe Sector 9, Steve Kimock, and Pat Metheney.
Ryan made the decision to pick up the bass after seeing Primus and Jane's addiction in 1991 and it was then that he began his descent into the bottom-end world of bass guitar. Ryan's influences include Les Claypool, Jane's Addiction, Larry Graham, Mr. Bungle, and Michael Manring.
