Bio

Starting from short jams, between Logan Colter and Joseph Burton, right before their high school jazz band rehearsals, the two started quickly writing songs and shaping a vision - let's play some rock and roll. Then, with the help of their friend Keegan MC on the bass, they polished off the few songs they had, played a couple shows, and recorded a demo. It was at this point that Colter and Burton knew they had something special.

Upon the release of their demo, their good friend, and bassist Keegan left. However, the two founding members decided it was far from time to call it quits, and quickly added Adam Savoie to the line-up. With the new trio, Brothers went on to write several more songs.

As things started becoming more serious, Savoie left the band to pursue his education and other musical projects, and once again, the trio turned into a duo. With plans of recording and playing shows, Brothers needed a bass player. It was a time when Brothers were lost, and hope seemed far away, until Keegan asked the two if he could rejoin.

Upon the return of Keegan, Brothers re-established their original style of playing, and quickly jumped back on the horse. With refined and polished songs, blended with brand new ones, Brothers became a serious musical force to be reckoned with.

Today, Brothers has successfully released their first album (Let It Rain), and continues to play shows around Frederictond.
