Bio
I have been writing and producing my own music since 2002, ministering at local churches and once at a church in the Bahamas. For a long time, people from all over that have heard my music have been pushing and inspiring me to record an album, so that people all over the world could hear and be inspired by the Word of God. My responses have always been, "When I feel that the time is right, I will try to do just that." I feel that my time has come.
When I was in college at Alabama A&M University, I tried to write songs, and I could not write a single song that made sense. Once I gave my life to the Lord in 2001, I've been able to write ever since. That shows me that the gift inside of me was only meant for the Kingdom of God. I am humbled by the opportunity to minister, therefore, I do not take song-writing for granted. The opportunity alone continues to keep me inspired.
What I feel sets me apart from other artists is my creativity in writing, meaning that I only look to be the best Brother Wayne and not try to emulate or take after any other artist, because I only want to establish my own identity. Everytime I sit down to write, I always strive to create a song that is better than my best and create what has not been created, giving the listener a different point of view.
