Bio

Bruce's father used to sit him down, place headphones over his 7 year old head and ask if he could hear that bassline or guitar riff or miscellaneous sound on any and all Beatles albums. Robbie Robertson and The Band were always on the turntable and Dylan not far away. Now you know Bruce is not a kid. Always the bass player in the band, Bruce began writing songs on the guitar in early 2003.
This band grows out of Bruce's solo singer/songwriter project that produced the debut CD, 'New Day' in the Summer of 2007. The current line-up is infusing their diverse experience into the 'heart on the sleeve' life stories that make up the set. Try as he might, Bruce can not shake his Alt/Country influences. WILCO, Counting Crows, The Band, The Frames, Modest Mouse, David Gray, Bob Dylan all swirl around his songwriting, without ever sounding unoriginal. The music is all original, though the future will bring select covers of the songs that have brought us to this point.
John Regis comes to the band via a lifetime of rock and roll and a stint in the music department of Western Washington University. He is a talented, highly versatile drummer bringing backbone and subtlety to the rythm section.
Tero hails fro Finland and pushes the bottom end along like mcCartney.
Bruce Chapman is a seasoned veteran, with an endless array of warm and swelling organ harmonies.
Tom Armstrong brings his songwriting talent and a bluesy rhythmic lead guitar style to this unique quintet.
Our collective enjoyment of playing this music is our greatest asset as a band. We will be heard!
