Bio
Bruce Paul is a singer/songwriter. The first “album” he bought was by Ray Charles. The second was by Bob Dylan. He’s a fan of Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams, Willie Nelson, Billie Holiday…. He studied writing at Ohio University, lived--and wrote songs--in San Francisco in the late ‘60’s. He was at Altamont. He taught school in the Virgin Islands, drove a taxi in Denver…was a social worker in the Ohio Penitentiary…a Registered Investment Advisor…a riverboat bartender…. He has stories to tell, and he can tell a story. As they say: “The songwriting is great.” “Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash.” “Lyrics worthy of Leonard Cohen.”
