Bio

It became clear early on that the talent of Bryan J was destined to outgrow his hometown of Hogansville, GA.

At the age of six, Bryan began performing for family and friends by imitating popular singers. One particular performance of Jaime Foxx’s version of Mary Mary caught their attention. Recognizing his gift, they exposed him to musical legends like Sam Cooke and Marvin Gaye, both of whom continue to influence him to this day.

His first introduction into the professional world of music came while attending college on a baseball scholarship. While moonlighting as the campus balladeer Bryan J met Atlanta based producer Sean K (Justin Bieber) and the rest, as they say is history.

Grammy award winning producer/songwriter C. Tricky Stewart’s label RedZone Records quickly signed Bryan J and released his debut single titled, “Let Me Take You Out” featuring Travis Porter. The sounds that made this song popular have garnered great reviews and earned Bryan J an impressive fan base eager to see what comes next. YouTube views alone (over 7 million and counting) would imply that the listening public should prepare for an interesting and refreshing change in popular music.

Bryan J is currently in the RedZone studio finishing up his debut CD with one of the hottest teams in music. Tricky Stewart (Justin Bieber, Beyonce, Rihanna, Mariah Carey) and Sean K are set to produce the upcoming solo project along with various other celebrated hit producers and songwriters.

The young talent’s vision is to touch and move listeners long into the future. “I feel it’s a day and age where people listen to music differently than they did 20 years ago. My idea of success is when everyone appreciates you and feels a connection through your music! When all is said and done I want to be considered one of the greats, and have people remember me for making music that touched their lives.”
