Bio

Brynne's musical creativity seemed to flow through her blood from the day she was born. Even as a baby, her reaction to music was both mature and natural. She began scribbling down words in notebooks at the age of six; her mom found her first full song in her notebook in the first grade. Brynne will tell you it made no sense, but her mother will quickly tell you it was a love song about the boy who sat in front of her in class. In the serenity of her bedroom, Brynne continued to write and sing pop songs throughout elementary and middle school without any formal training. It was not until she was ten years old that she picked up the flute and started taking lessons, enhancing her musicality and theory.

While Brynne had accumulated a number lyrics and melody lines, she still needed an instrument that fit her musical styles, to accompany her sweet soulful voice. In her sophomore year of high school, she picked up the guitar and taught herself to play. There was a natural relationship between her and her guitar, and it wasn't long before she was playing her original songs at local coffee shops and open mic nights. Soon she had a following of devoted fans and was being invited to play all over New York. Word traveled fast, and she hadn't even hit her sixteenth birthday. Brynne entered the studio and recorded seven songs for her debut independent release "Rain Date."

For two years Brynne continued playing live shows and selling copies of Rain Date wherever she could. She loved to play more than anything else and knew that her first album was not going to deliver her a music career. In July of 2005, Brynne met with producer Steve Luongo (John Entwistle, Billy Squier, Leslie West/Mountain) and a songwriting partnership was formed. Brynne and Steve added guitar phenomenon Mark Hitt to the writing team, and the hit potential became instantly apparent. A five song EP was recorded in September of the same year, and the group is now working on completing a full album.

Brynne currently resides in Westchester County NY and is closer to making her dream come true every day. For anyone who has followed Brynne's career over the last three years, it is clear that her development and growth as a well rounded musician has been immerse. Her songwriting progresses with her life experience and her voice and guitar skills continue to impress listeners across the world. Her style is unique, her voice captivates and her lyrics are relatable to anyone who's ever wanted a new way to look at life and love.
