Bio
Bubasvabe is a Thessaloniki (Greece)-based instrumental band that integrates psychedelic-progressive rock and Balkan-oriental music. It was born in 2003 and consists of two guitars, bass, drums, clarinet, saxophone, flute and a VJ. The band took its current form in 2004 and since then it gave numerous concerts in Greece contributing to the shaping of the contemporary Greek psychedelic scene. In 2009 they were invited in Turkey to perform at one of Istanbul’s legendary and most influential clubs, Peyote. Their first, homonymous, self produced, album was released in 2010 and is a collection of all the songs composed through these years.
