" The worlds most handsome band " Bucket of Shrimp Ears are “ The Mayor of Essonville” Albert John Saxby, singer/ songwriter/guitar, Ian Pay, stand up bass/ backing vocals and the newest member Brandon (Six Nickles) Humphrey, lead guitar/backing vocals, who takes over for our much loved shrimp brother Ric Pringle who passed away in early October, 2009. The Shrimps coined the phrase Congabilly preferring to play with congas instead of a traditional, full drum kit. The music
is a blend of blues, country, jazz, folk and roots. Their sound is unique and they perform only original material, able to play a full three set night without losing the interest of their audience.
