Bio
I am known for my many talents and my creative mind. Coming from Oakland isn’t nearly as bad as people believe it to be, but being a young black male has its downsides. Living in the poor parts of West Oakland made me who I am now because I had no choice but to acknowledge my place in life. I had no college fund, no hidden bank roll. All I had was my music and writing skills; my quick thinking and power to reason.
It wasn’t until the seventh grade that I noticed I had written talent. I always liked reading poems and noticed that rap was a form of poetry. In the eighth grade I formed a rap group consisting of two of my closest friends (Jeremy a.k.a. Rode Runna, and Edward Ezeb), and my cousin (Chris Nunn a.k.a. B. Stupid).
In 2003, I formed my own hip-hop label, Hellbound Entertainment. In the summer of 2004, the Bay Area’s Hyphy Movement became an event which changed the way I viewed rap production. I always liked the gritty sound of down south rap, so I decided to add that with the energy of the Bay Area music. I rap, produce, ghostwrite, and have a few scripts under my belt.
