Bio
Dan Buckner and Ben Belcourt have played together in various bands since 1992. In 2005 they formed Building James, an acoustic duo, focusing on original music and rock/alternative covers.
Building James hit the local southern NH open mic circuit and in late 2006 they began hosting the open mic at Milly’s Tavern in Manchester, NH. Building James has also been featured in the Nashua Telegraph’s “Encore” entertainment guide’s “Weekend Word” podcast series, and they played the Nashua Folk Festival in Nashua, NH in September of 2007.
Most recently, Building James has expanded to include lead guitarist Andrew Watson. With Andrew's influence the Building James sound has been transformed from acoustic pop to full electric indie rock.
