Born and raised in P.G. County Maryland Ademola "buku" Taiwo was exposed to a broad variety of music from the caribbean to hip hop/r&b. As a son of nigerian parents it was hard growing up. He traveled many avenues trying to find his place in life and after experiencing troubles in the street life and being incarcerated at the age of 18 buku decided that he would use hip hop as a tool to turn the negatives that surround him into a positive. It was then that he began rapping with Too Deep Entertainment. Unfortunately after recording just a few mix tapes Too Deep Entertainment faded away slowly as they mourned the loss of two close friends and label-mates Pookie and Bitz. Now Too Deep is back and better with front runner buku. He is determined to make a mark for his label-mates and hometown. With a unique and distintive voice and versatile flow, he is one of dmv's hottest emerging artists. With such songs as "Look to the sky" and "R.I.P" he is sure to catch your attention. Not quite a christian rapper he incorporates his love for Jesus into his music and considers himself a vessel for god.
