Bull Engine came into play during the fall 2006 with the name "Plague of Bishops".
The lineup consisted of 3 members and the entire gang was religiously influenced by ‘Nirvana’ and the psychedelic Grunge vibes. After juggling
through various shows and gigs around the town, the boys finally found their Vocalist, which lead to formation of "Bull Engine" which was more
powerful than ever before.
Addition of vocalist provided opportunity to add genres like Alternate rock, Funk Rock and Metal. The band had more scope now with
new revised set list including Creed, Metallica, Bon Jovi, Iron Maiden, RATM along with Nirvana.
Band Grabbed some awards under its belt while playing in many cities .However, the journey didn’t last for long and band went inactive
from Jan'09 to fall’09.
In November 2009 Sonic aka Parikshit decided to tighten up shoes again and Step into the world of Rock with Bull Engine.
This time he took charge of Vocals and Lead Guitar assisted by Rohit on Bass, Rambo (aka Yatin) On Drums and Vinu on Rhythm. The Band made
satisfactory comeback by winning Battle of Bands at SRM University in 2010 and playing at some big stages like Hard Rock Cafe,
Common Wealth Games, and PCRA etc. Things didn’t last for long and the square gang landed back to trio after their performance at
Hard Rock Cafe, Hyderabad.
The band knew the time has come and the 3 men army deployed themselves on self compositions. Apart from their focus on improvising as Musicians and still doing covers Like Metallica, Nirvana, Nickelback, Bon-Jovi, Iron Maiden, Alterbridge, GnR etc
he band has achieved a respectable position in the “Rock Charts" by continuously pulling socks off of rock heads around the nation.
