The Funk Machine!

Biography

The BUNDAMOVE is a project born in December 2009 in which funk is dressed with the typical beats, riffs and the relentless groove that carry us back to the vintage musical scene from the 60's and the 70's. Emanuele "Manufunk" Pagliara (guitar), Marco "DonSkal" Calabrese (keyboards) Michele "Mike" Minerva (bass), Antonio "Dema" De Marianis (drums), Alessandro Nocco (sax) and Gabriele Blandini (trumpet), musicians that collaborate with bands such as Roy Paci & Aretuska, Boom Da Bash & the CoolSteppers, Anansi, Steela, discover the charm to turn great classical hits from the pop or rock scene, or reggae music into groovy funky tunes, that can make even the most timid person move and dance! The six Salento guys (Salento is the region where they live in Italy), quickly start performing all over Italy and meet the approval of the critics and the public. Their first record production "Da Funk Machine" is available in all the music stores and also on i-Tunes, distributed by Goodfellas, advanced by their first single "Roadhouse Blues", a masterpiece by the The Doors, followed by a videoclip directed by Marco Mazzotta who also worked on the second single videoclip "Smooth Criminal".
