After taking the decision to make his mark as a serious MC at a very young age, he got down to the business of writing and honing his flow. Now, at 22 years old, Bunzy looks to influences like Ludacris, Kardinal Offishall and Jay-Z, and much like these pioneers of innovation, he aims to make his contribution to the hip hop universe. "A lot of these rappers today shouldn't even be on rotation. I just feel like rap got lazy, and that everybody wants to say the same thing, and say it in the same way, while calling everybody else fake and corny. I believe that I could do better lyrically, and both on stage and sales than over 50% of rappers in the game today. Maybe I'm over confident, haters mistake it for arrogance."

While actively making his presence felt in the underground, his artistic goal is to attain new heights while performing live, and in the studio, as seen on his latest EP, Let the Choppin' Begin.
