"Los Angeles Murderfest at The Knitting Factory"

"Burning at the Stake opened. They really have a great potential. It was fun to watch, because the crowd was really into them. They seemed to be worshiped by the local scene." - B_Haperlin - Metalsetlist.com

"Local Night at The Knitting Factory"

"Even though they were not headlining, I feel obligated to put their name on the set list since they were by far the best band that performed tonight, and the reason I showed up at all." - B_Haperlin - Metalsetlist.com

"Ventura County Metal Scene... Cattle Decapitation at The Knights of Columbus"

"Burning at the Stake, with a straightforward style reminiscent of pioneers of the genre, such as Death and Morbid Angel." - Chris Mastrovito - VC Reporter

"Goatwhore at the Knitting Factory"

"Next was the band I came to see Burning at the Stake. Let me start of by saying that they are some of the nicest dudes you'll ever meet. Their stage presence is great. They really put on a show. Bio

"Burning at the Stake has started from a couple kids wanting to play like their favorite musicians, (Suffocation, Cannibal Corpse, The Faceless, Dying Fetus, Cattle Decapitation, Dimmu Borgir), to creating a whole new genre of metal." After co-headlining with and be-friending most of these acts, we realized what we could accomplish being a professional touring metal band. This band has now been in existence for almost 4 yrs. We have played a lot great shows and been part of some of the biggest metal festivals such as; Los Angeles Murderfest, California Metalfest. New Mexicos' Gathering of the Sick Fest. This being said we have never put out anything more than self-recorded demos. With dissecting our old songs riff by riff and creating new unheard of songs like, When You Die Nothing Happens, Nefarious Campaign, and A Prevalent Disillusion *available soon*, we have felt more confident on stage and in the studio now more than ever.We are very happy to finally release our first full length record. Which will be out before the New Year 2011. There are very high hopes in spreading our music as far as possible, and where people want to hear it we will bring it. We are ready for anything and are eager for whatever we can be a part of. We hope you enjoy our obsession for our music.
