BURNING RIVER BAND is a Columbus, Ohio based band that has been touring locally & regionally for over 7 years. With strong roots in bluegrass, rock, blues, funk, folk & jazz, BRB delivers a wide variety of musical styles wrapped up in a four (sometimes 5 or 6) piece band. BRB may play a stripped down acoustic set or as a full-blown electric jam-band. With a huge collection of original songs and vast archive of covers, BRB shows are always fresh and exciting. In the 2005 May issue of RELIX magazine, the 5th annual BRB FRIENDS & FAMILY JAM was listed as one of the top 100 US festivals. Burning River Band shared the stage with these artists from 2004-2006 alone> (this list is only about 4% of the fabulous bands we've played with) Keller Williams, Little Feat, Leftover Salmon, David Grisman Quintet, Sam Bush Band, Dark Star Orchestra, Ekoostik Hookah, The Recipe & MANY, MANY more.....
