Growing up in a life of gangs, drugs, and violence, Enik Lin, lead singer and guitarist of Burning Tree Project, has been through much more then most of us. The bullet hole in his leg alone, says it all. But the story of this Orange County, CA based rock band doesn't just end there... the story is just beginning. The members of Burning Tree Project, Enik Lin, Scott Corgan, Ryan Marth, David Kim, AJ Deleon, and Aaron Jackson all have a very similar story of growing up amongst hardship. Growing up in rough neighborhoods around southern CA, they each had to learn to survive and fend for themselves. They soon realized that they were searching for much more then just survival they were searching for an identity. When the paths of Enik Lin and David Kim crossed in 2004 at a gang outreach center, a spark was created. Soon after, the rest of the guys were introduced, and that spark became Burning Tree Project. With a new focus and lease on life, the members of Burning Tree Project have never looked back only forward to bringing their message of hope and inspiration to all.
