"Twenty-one years of rock and roll — Buyi‘s new album Route 21 released"

Published in April 2016, the newest album Route 21 from Buyi Band is quite delightful. The name is to in memory of the band's 21st anniversary. This album cost a whole year with the painstaking effort of all the band members.

Route 21 is the eighth album published by Buyi. Route 21 has nine songs in total, and the band created these songs in 2014-2015. At the very beginning of 2016, Buyi band went to Austin in America where is called 'Live Music Capital of the World'. Cooperated with the mixer Michael Rey de Leon to record the new album and shoot the publicity photos. The band for the first time combined synchronisation and analogue recording to make an album. No matter fast or slow song, the tone of guitar and drum in the album is crude and lazy which makes the audiences as though standing in the desert of Northwest.

In order to tie in with the release of the new album, the band has already started the national tour for several months. Up to next, they will perform in Beijing, Shanghai, and Suzhou. Additionally, the new album is for sale in the record store and Buyi's online shop, whose quote is 80¥ (9.5 £). -
