Bloodwashed, Lady Xtreme Hit it Hard in 08'

Look out Columbus; BloodWashed Poructions and Lady Xtreme are preparing to ignite a spiritual explosion Friday, February 29, 2008 in the sanctuary of Rhema Christian Center, 2100 Agler Road.

With original lyrics filled with anointed word, powerful music that tug at the spirits of those who hear it and an intense passion for Christ, this husband and wife duo is motivating a generation to 'live for Christ.'

"We really want to inspire people to live totally for Christ," state the husband and wife team, also known as Stephen and Nicole Carter. "We want people to make more Christ-like entertainment choices."

Describing themselves as a husband and wife Christian rap duo ministry team with an upscale, professional persentation that's exciting and motivating, BW and LX understand the importance of what they do. "There are other gifted gospel rap artist out there, but what seprates us from many is that we are a husband and wife team that are using the ministry of rap as a bridge builder to the body of Christ. Since God has given each of us a gift, our desire is that others will be provoked to use their gifts and talents for God and His purposes"

As spiritual pioneers in the Christian rap industry who have ministered and worked with the likes of Fred Hammond, Cross Movement, T-bone and others, BW and LX know how to bring it by the spirit and hit it with power. Operating with the mindset of it's all about Jesus,' this ministry team takes it "2 The Xtreme" for Christ to reach a generation that the world has deemed lost. " We really feel that people understimate the intelligence of this generation. They are so gifted and smart and the devil is tring to kill them one by one. But we have to tell that they are gifted and smart and empower them with the truth, the word of God."

While BW and LX are seasoned in their ministry, Friday, February 29, will be a divine appointment on another level orchestrated by the Lord. Anticipating a mighty move of God, BW and LX acknowledge that God has prepared them for this moment. "God's timing is always perfect. He let us know a while ago that this moment would come. He has a unique way of showing that if you turst him, he will always show himself faithful. He used what we thought we delays to build us and make our presentation tighter. He prepared us for this moment."

With the release of their new project, the anticipation of the mainfestation of God at 8 PM of Friday, February 29, a solid marriage that is build upon Christ, and the love and support of their family and friends, BW and LX are embracing the next level. "We love what we do and the style of music that God has call us to minister. Because we serve a limitless God, we are excited about what is to come and we are embracing it.

"BloodWashed Productions, Inc."

Lady Xtreme has been involved with evangelistic ministry for almost a decade. Her motto is "The Greatest Gift you can give to God is yourself."

Lady Xtreme, a.k.a Nicole Carter, was born in Columbus to Frank and Margaret Coles, Jr. who started talking to her about Jesus when she was only 5. By the time she turned 12, her brother, Kevin, had taught her how to rap. She quickly noticed that people seemed to respond well to female rappers. So she honed her craft and began entering high school talent shows and performing at local rec centers, promoting a message of racial unity. As she grew in Christ, she learned to use rap for evanglistic purposes. Nicole then became part of the Gospel music group, call G-posse, that visited teen prisions, teen homes, Christian cafe's, churches and everywhere she could find an audience, to spread the Good News. Since then Nicole has kept busy as a local radio station personality, community volunteer and motivational speaker, all while working full-time as an administrative assistant at COTA.

Now Nicole and her husband, Stephen, operate their own business, BloodWashed Productions, Inc. - Christ Centered Urban Ultra Contemporary Spiritainment. They provide DJ services, complete with fog and lighting effects, rap and R&P promotions and a music recording ministry. And of course, as Lady Xtreme, Nicole continues to perform as a Christian rap artist. if you'd like to liven up you next event with divinely-inspired professional sound, give Nicole and Stephen a call. They can be reached at 209-3444. - Greater Linden News 2002
