The flavor of C1 Jazz is an original smooth jazz sound that blends Gospel, Latin, R&B, Funk and Blues.
C1 Jazz is a delightful mix of gifted musicians who came together for the purpose of creating smooth sounds and making people groove.
On May 4, 2005, four men came together lead by Ron Williams to give their first performance at a charity event. The band became in demand and as a result C1 Jazz was born.
Ron Williams heads the band as the lead guitarist. Keyboardist Carlos Peterson directs the music. Willie Chambliss IV holds down the beat as the drummer. Jesse Reyes lays down the bottom on bass. The fifth and sixth additions are the golden voices of Michael "The Bishop" Stephens and David Sylvester on the Saxes.
