Chris "C2Crucial"Harris Born in Albany,Ga Three hours from Atlanta,Ga.Ever since he was a kid music has been his passion.C2Crucial started out as a rapper at the age of 9 years old.As C2Crucial got older he began to take the industry and music much more serious,recording his first completed song at the age of 13 years of age. Now at age 20, he has gone a different route switching to R&B Like recent stars such as T-pain and Trey Songz. C2Crucial continues to work hard in the studio everyday.C2Crucial has performed in a number of venues, private parties, and was apart of the southern smoke college tour in 2008. C2 is currently signed to the Independent Label New Vizion Ent, ran by his older brother Rod Carter. Every chance he get's he's in the studio perfecting his craft.C2Crucial was fortunate enough to work with ex-lead singer of the group silk. While in the studio they came together and recorded his first hit single "Dreamin". C2Crucial has also been featured in the Crunk Magazine twice so pick up a issue. C2 feels that he has alot to offer this Industry. He is bringing a new R&B style that can't be denied, harmony, mixed with a hip hop and a pop sound. C2Crucial feels he can be a voice for his generation if he's given the right opportunity. He was also apart of illumni records saftey for teen drunk driving summer 06. This young guy is serious about his business and is sure to fulfill every girl needs. But I must say the road hasn't been easy for this young guy. He was also apart of Slip-N-Slide's on da grind record label and didn't get his big break of sigining a full contract with the label. Just as everyone else, he has been told many time's he cannot do it. Never listening to the negativity C2 continues to push forward with his career. He quotes" I come from a strong family, my dad worked in the fields of cario, georgia they said he wouldn't live to see twelve. He's a senior citizen now". C2 also said," I could never give up cause someone said I can't do somethning that drives me more (lol) In 2004 I told my grandmother I would make it and that was the last thing I said to her, so Im going to do just that". With many people in his corner he fills it's only a matter of time before he blows. This guy is surely a superstar in the making.
