The band chose the Limari's capital to promote "Identidad", in what promises to be a night full of magic and music.
On Friday December the 5th at 21:00 at the offices of CECA (Centre of Culture and Arts) located at 479 Independencia St. in Ovalle, will be held the record release of the new album of Café Mandala called "Identity".
The event seeks to highlight the recent work of the band, and also a special feature of the band Anacrusa together to environmental dance performance with dancers and jugglers in a magical staging of music and colors. - Radio San Bartolomé
On Sunday February the18th the band will be presenting their best songs, in a new version of Bierfest, beer festival that brings together large crowds in the park Pedro de Valdivia in La Serena, during this weekend.
With performances in different cities of the region and the country, the band expects to make a great show as in previous events. "We invite you to listen to the best of our music in a magical evening",said Jorge Mandala, vocalist.
It is expected that at about 20:00 Café Mandala gets on Bierfest stage, festival that also has among its guests bands like Villa Cariño and Paralajes.
The next presentation of these musicians, will be in Vicuña when they share stage with Kike Neira, on February the 21st. - El Observatodo
The band from Ovalle will perform at the university´s main festival sharing stage with national bands like Los Tetas, Juana Fe and Sol y Lluvia .
Café Mandala will perform at the main university in the region on May the 11th when they participate at the Papayera Party 2013, wich traditionally receives the newcomers of the University of La Serena.
This was reported by one of the leaders of the band, Sebastian Yagnam , who said that "we are very pleased to participate in this great event and we are delighted to show our music in such an important stage".
Yagnam added "our first album, "Identidad", is already for sale and can be purchased at the offices of Café Real,419-B Vicuña Mackenna St." and he also said "we are working on our second album , where we spend more to Latin Reggae . It was a job that has slowly been taking shape and we hope to finish it by the end of this year. "

Cafe Mandala was created in 2009, in the city of Ovalle (Chile), where Sebastian Yagnam (keyboards) and Jorge Mandala (voice) join together to create a mix of textures linked to latin, pop and reggae music, which begins to mold into the debut album "Identidad". Later musicians from Santiago and La Serena, Ricardo Farias (bass), Marcelo Alegria (drums) and Claudio Guerrero (guitar) join definitively the band, contributing with their musical quality and trajectory, leading to the final formation of Cafe Mandala.
In their debut album we find different latin colors, with direct and close lyrics that have given the band a special mark, wich has allowed in its short life, to get to many people who feel identified with their music and follow them in every presentation.
The audience's support and good reviews in their shows from local written and radio media, has enphasized profesional work that has been done to the date.
Although the band consists of five musicians (Sebastian, Ricardo, Jorge, Claudio and Marcelo) in their presentations they feature a staff of guest musicians, which complement the live stage proposal, so it is not just a simple show but a spectacle that makes the audience vibrate and enjoy.
