Bio

Farewell Flight are a melodic indie-pop band From Harrisburg, PA that embody the spirit of true travelling musicians, having played nearly 700 shows from coast to coast over the five years of their existence. With a sound similar to Coldplay or Death Cab for Cutie, they bring accessible pop songs that highlight the ups and downs of life in general.

TOUR HISTORY:
Farewell Flight have shared the stage with Relient K, Plain White T's, The Sounds, Margot & the Nuclear So and So's, Family Force 5, Colour Revolt, and Good Old War, as well as playing Festivals such as: Purple Door. XPoNential, and Cornerstone.

NOTES::
- over 700 shows across 42 of the lower 48 states - all DIY
- 27 national tours
- Signed to Mono vs. Stereo Records (Relient K, Deas Vail) with July 2011 album release
- Radio play on various college stations, including rotation airplay of their song “Begin Again” on NPR-distributed WXPN Philadelphia (largest AAA Station in the US)
- Recorded with Grammy-winning producer Mitch Dane and engineer Vance Powell (The White Stripes, Jewel, Martina McBride)
- Winner of Taco Bell's "Feed The Beat" contest
