Called II Worship
Gifted, anointed, and humble are just a few words that come close to describing a group of young men who love the Lord and are indeed "Called" according to his purpose.
Since 2005, Called II worship has ministered to God's people with a drive and a passion to see people delivered, healed and set free. The "sound" that this group produces has been referred to as smooth as silk, and flawless blends and melodic fusions.
“Inspired from the Throne Room of God, they are called to affect a dying world. They have been commissioned by our Creator to worship through their lifestyles, and with the gift of song they have been Called II Worship.”
Cincinnati, Ohio natives Troy Culbreth, Isaiah Freeman IV, Fred James V, Lamont Hill, and Kenny West joined together as Called II Worship in the summer of 2005. They quickly began creating an unusual buzz across Midwest and Southern states. Called II Worship has shared the stage with such artists as Ricky Dillard, Donald Lawrence, Karen Clark-Sheard, Stephen Hurd, Melonie Daniels, and Rodney Posey. The group is a featured artists on Darwin Hobbs' new CD “Free,” that was released summer 2008. Called II Worship brings a very versatile sound that bridges the generations. By incorporating elements of gospel, jazz, blues, contemporary Christian with neo-soul, alternative and R&B into their repertoire, they have developed a distinctive sound which is rapidly growing in popularity. This eclectic mix of musical genres is evident in “Forever ” their independently produced CD, released January, 2008. Called II Worship ministers the Gospel of the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ to the nations to win souls and restore a spirit of true worship.
