Bio
My name is Cal Roberts and I’m a 20 year old singer/songwriter from North Wales, music is my life.
I’ve played in every shithole these fair isles have to offer, I’ve supported Pete Doherty several times in London as well as on a mini tour in Europe, this was followed by support slots with Manchester band, The Courteeners, and a BBC funded music video.
My music is about growing up in a dive. I write about things that I’m entitled to write about; Drugs, fighting, the dole, middle aged people getting hooked on Facebook, things I‘ve seen. I don’t pen songs about spaceships and ground control and Major Tom. I don’t know the first thing about space travel and I’ve never met Major Tom. I’ll stick to what I know.
