Cambion

Cambion was formed in the winter of 2006 by guitarist Charlie Salto and vocalist Matt Gray. Originally a strictly writing project, taking advantage of Matt's clever lyrics and Charlie's driving and dynamic guitar playing, the duo was soon joined by drummer Jonathan Abarca. Jon's stylized drumming would lend a foundation to Cambion's songs, changing the focus from strictly writing to a more open view, including performing. In search of a more unique sound, the band brought in keyboardist Jake Glickman. At the time the band was unaware that he would be the perfect bass player for Cambion.
