Bio
Hailing from the Georgia/Florida line, Campfire blends the attitude of Johnny Cash and the heart of The Grateful Dead resulting in a unification of southern fried rhythm and blues we refer to as The Truth. This four piece formed in the fall of 2010 over the common love of pickin’ guitar and drinking canned beer. We take the music from the confines of the stereo and bring it back to the porches and backyards of the people. Revolution. Revelation.
Sounds melt as such: Jay Morgan (The Electric Fuzz Band, Puddin’ Pants), and Jason Huard (Thank You Mr. Romero, G.I. Jackson) giving out generous doses of guitar, vocals, and song writing, and Play-Dough for your earholes, with Brandon Scheiber and Preston Gray (Pigtoad in its entirety) making up an eleven-ton beast of a rhythm section. Sit down, grab a drink, and share this experience.
Let the Campfire warm you.
