Made up of folk singer-songwriter Joshua T and rapper-producer Nicco Homaili, brand new hip-hop electronica duo CampFire has certainly been making a name for themselves lately. Hot off the release of their debut single 'Watch You' (check out that music video here), the pair have released yet another track entitled 'WildLife', just a couple of weeks later.
But unlike their previous single, 'WildLife' will not be on their July-bound Orientation EP. Instead, this breezy track, written and recorded in only day, is simply a one-off surprise gift for fans and followers alike. After initially putting the track up for free download on SoundCloud last week, CampFire have taken it a step further by filming a full music video.
Produced by Casual Media and put out by SOLD Records, this marine-themed visual accompaniment sees Joshua and Nicco surreally traversing Sentosa's UnderWater World tropical oceanarium. Watch the music video in full below. - Bandwagon (Singapore)

Bio
Getting back into their comfort zones, 2 solo artists who transcended from the worlds of Folk and Hip Hop collected their conversations and thoughts through music; mainly with the likes of The Weeknd, Chet Faker, Kendrick Lamar and Lupe Fiasco. To them, their music represents a place, a retreat for their lyrics to be intimate and greatly honest. Their meet-ups over music subsequently formed a base of their own, CampFire.
CampFire is home to folk singer/songwriter Joshua and rapper/producer Nicco Homaili. The duo had common grounds on musical influences and decided to have their talents collaborated to fire-start an electronic sound of their own. With deep sub-basses and unworldly synths that complimented their musical direction, the two took their musical processes as rituals alongside with great commitment and passion. The outcome is a blend of Hip Hop and Folk-electronica which they refer to the term as Fire.
