Pop ballad vocalist Candice Ibarra is a dynamic singer with a broad range.
She can belt out anything from Whitney Houston to the smoother, softer
sounds of Colbie Callait.
Taking musical authority over pieces she is given to interpret,
Candice's fresh delivery is unique but stays true to the composer's
original vision. She began singing at a very young age, taking the stage at her local church as early as age 6. From gospel favorites to school musicals, from contemporary Christian to modern country favorites, Candice is at home singing music you'd like to listen to on the radio. Having recorded BGV's for various artists and productions, she loves to get into the studio, "where the magic happens". A stickler for overall quality, she works hard to not just sing a song, but for all elements of the music to work together. With a superior technical affinity to musical accuracy, her determination to perform numbers which have been heard numerous times
and still give them the passion and authenticity they deserve, make her musicianship essential and perfect for the theatrical or pop sphere. Candice is currently learning to play the guitar and playing covers of Colbie, Jennifer Knapp, and Jason Mraz. Mostly, you can find her singing at church to the tunes of Chris Tomlin, Hillsong United, or Passion Band.
