Bio
Carla is currently in her final year of studies at Campus of Performing Arts, majoring in vocals. She has come a long way in her song-writing since she started out at the age of 14. After delving deep into what she wants from her music, she has developed a raw, emotive style of writing. She's made it to the finals for two song-writing competitions hosted in Cape Town over the last three years and
thrives off the fact that her favorite or hardest experiences always give her another "pocket full of songs". Finally, finding the perfect session musicians to accompany her, 2012 has been an exciting year for her music. She’s currently in the process of rehearsing an original and cover set with her band. Gigging as CarlaC band should take place later this year.
