Bio

Carla Gillis' melancholy indie pop draws from distance, night skies, family and rock n' roll touring. Her lyrics are short stories, her guitar solos epic, and her piano lines chilling. Most striking is her knack for visceral melodies and harmonies that listeners will carry on their lips for days.

Carla and her little sister, Lynette, started their first band when they were 13 and 11 respectively.
