Bio

Carol Gayle was born in London and raised in Nottingham, England.

Her early years were among the happiest time of her childhood, enjoying great moments with her mum and sister. Regrettably at the age of 9, and for 10 years long years, she was molested, bullied at school, and had eating disorder. As a result, she became insecure and started withdrawing from people.

However, her love for singing and music gave her hope. Songs Lyrics would often speak life and bring her healing. Melodies would take her to a place a peace where everything around would seem insignificant.

While in College, her passion for singing and music grew stronger. She obtained her first diploma in Music, where her vocal and song writing skills sharpened. Also she started playing piano and composed her first songs.

As the years went by Carol was a semi finalist in the ITV/GMTV Gospel awards and also a finalist in the Star Awards. She is also the founder of the “CHANCE ACADEMY” which is a singing school that gives opportunities to youth and adults to enhance their vocal potential. The academy received in 2008, exclusive sponsorship from the Prince’s Trust Fund.

Professional singer and songwriter, Carol Gayle has performed in over 300 events such as weddings, churches, corporate events and concerts. Her 10 years wealth of experience have opened many doors all over the UK, where she shared stage with artists such as Vashawn Mitchell, Isaiah Raymond and Israel Allen.

In Autumn 2008, in the middle of the night, she wrote a new song called “My Spirit Burns” which describe our Love relationship with God.

She currently sings in a choir called “Jabez”, directed by Peter Francis, where she travels all over Europe. Every time, Carol sings something happens. “She sings with such emotion and intensity that it often brings tears to people’s eyes”. Her unique vocals and refreshing tone brings hope, comfort and inspires people.

In 2010, after hearing about the earthquake that took place in Haiti, Carol so desperately wanted to help and wrote a song called “Rebuild Haiti” with the intention to raise funds for the people of Haiti. A song and a music video recorded and produced in Paris, France on June 2011 by United Soundz.
