We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’ve had to build up a great amount of mental strength in order to get to where I am today. I struggled with a lot of self-doubt and perfectionism for the majority of my teenage years.

A lot of my struggles are internal, and I’ve been able to use my songwriting as a way to talk about the mental health challenges I face. It’s a tricky industry, and I’ve learned that it is so important to find the right people to work with & keep them close. I’ve also learned to be my own biggest advocate because as a young female in the music industry, it can be so easy to be underestimated or not taken seriously.

I grew up being a very shy child, and I had to break out of that so I could get to where I wanted to go. The path I’ve taken has allowed me to really discover myself and keep growing.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a songwriter & musical artist.

I write songs based on my own personal experiences, and I use my platform to connect with others who are going through similar things. I write very honestly & genuinely, which helps me process my emotions.

I am proud of myself for using my voice creatively & staying determined through rougher seasons.

What does success mean to you?
Success to me is not just achieving one milestone and calling it a day.

To me, it’s not measured by a certain amount of money, owning certain materialistic things, or getting a deal of some sort. What’s important to me is that I can be happy & mentally healthy doing what I’m doing.

I feel successful when I feel fulfilled. I feel fulfilled when I can be a source of support for anyone and be a part of their healing process. I feel successful when I am true to myself. - NashvilleVoyager
