I have been in the music business over 40 years, As a member of the Maines Brothers Band I had Top Twenty hits on Mercury Records and was inducted into the West Texas Walk of Fame in 1993. i am currently music educator and Chairman of The Creative Arts Department at South Plains College in Levelland Texas. In 2007 I received a Silver telly Vidoe award for my participation as featured artist and co host of Public Television series "Storytellers & Musicmakers"
