Hello. I'm Carys. I play the piano and I write songs. My songs are about my life and all the people in them. I started writing when I was thirteen, and began independently composing songs on the piano when I was about fourteen.
I'm not on any sort of label. I'm not a big name. I'm a musician--a pianist that wants to share her stories. I live my life trying to unscramble the thoughts in my head and make them into songs. Music is my safe haven. I have discovered the most magical thing in the world is when you can take 88 keys and make the most unique sounds and own them.
My 88 keys and the things that happen to me are my creative platform. Sometimes I have shitty days, and I'll sing to you about it. Sometimes I have amazing ones, and you'll know about those too.
I'm really spontaneous but I can be totally predictable. I know what I want but sometimes that confuses me. I started writing because I was broken. Little by little, when another piece of me would chip off, the sound from a steel string or the clack on the keyboard would glue it back together.
I write because I don't like to talk when I don't have to. If I can tell you through a soft melody, then I hope you'll listen.
I'm Carys and I play the piano. I write songs too.

My music is unique . My voice is elegant and ranges about high low to mid range pitch. Piano chords can be varied styles, but usually emotional. Sound can be soft and long or short and aggressive.
