Bio
A native of North Mississippi, Casey Kidd is a fresh and talented musician. His music tends to fuse the sounds of jazz, R&B, rock, and music theatre. Throughout his career, Kidd has participated in many musical endeavors. Some of his titles have included music director, producer, vocal coach and conductor.
During his performing career, Kidd has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with artists such as Franka Batelic, Saliva, Percy Sledge, Nancy Zeltsman, Men in Black, The Eddie Wayne Vance Band, and members of the Boston Pops.
Kidd graduated magna cum laude from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, with a bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Writing and Production. While in Boston, he had the opportunity to record with Alain Mallet, of Paul Simon; Marty Walsh, of Leann Rimes and Supertramp; and Grammy-winning recording engineer, George Massenburg.
