Sound Interesting?” Enter then the phenomenal ,Cashflycity.” Rick Dawson also known as City C was born October 21st in the Metro Hospital in the low income urban areas of Cleveland Ohio. he began to became inspired by his grandfather Mr. Davis , who was in a band in the musician in the early 1800's . Mr. Davis inspired him with music by teaching him how to tie his shoes , and the phenomenal budding talent to rhyme.

His early years were spent on Crestwood off of Woodland ,on 110th. Later he attended high school in the suburbs His intellect stemmed from his ability to express himself, to speak his mind through his deep thoughts and feelings through music.Joining up with others , Vocab,Showboat, Traxx,Prove and Money Bliss, to form “Dollars n Cent,” a gang involved in drugs , imprisonment , crime,music, cars and women . Helped by his juvenile humor and  his catchy hooks display his superb true freestyle talent and versatile rhyming skills. The Dollars n Cent Legacy began recording there first album with local promoters.

         When the music scene became a drag Rick moved to one of Cleveland's top money making blocks downtown on 13th  where he got deep in the streets and became very popular rounder downtown as City C  by hosting a underground all house for three years . Selling everything from drugs  to diapers to potato chips. After being charged with a felony, continuing to control the underground world by expanding his hustle and releasing a double cd Young Cold n Throwed Volumes 1 and 2 . Selling over 5000s CD's hand to hand throughout Ohio with Dollars n Cent . Through a sorted and difficult past , he has come out determined, still driven by his love of music, he is now ready to release his first solo listening project Caio Bella LP,
