Cashmore

Cashmore was formed out of a longing to craft original, innovative, lyrically-passionate and musically-stimulating rock and roll. We find it fascinating that music is universal; it transcends culture and language and ideology, and that a composing artist can contribute to the world of music their own interpretation, their own language; an artist can truly renaissance the world of music as they see it by adding their own proposition of what music is and means. While this understanding of music is truly absorbing, it must be conceded that there are many artists who do not compose, they copy. Artists who don't innovate, they mimic. Perhaps this is just part of becoming a musician, but Cashmore has established that we want to contribute something new, something a person can love, something that unites and enthralls an audience, but is just as riveting on CD.
