With a mixture of soft love ballads, such as ‘Call Me Whatever’ and ‘Love to Love You’, to the hard packing ‘Con Artist’. The variety on this album offers the listener so much. It’s true-to-life message hits home in the singles ‘End of the Tunnel’ and ‘Pleasing Me’. A definite crowd pleaser ‘Guarantee’ has such an alluring sound, though Casme’, never straying away from her self-worth campaign, still reminds us of our worth on the track ‘Forbidden’. And the excitement doesn’t end there. The cd offers 13 remarkable tracks and you don’t have to skip through any. This album has far exceeded my expectations and gets 5 out of 5 stars!

Genuine. Determined. Driven. Compassionate. All words that define just a small portion of the qualities that make up Casme' (pronounced Kaz-May). Casme' is a native of New Orleans, LA where she began singing at the very tender age of two years old. She had her start in music at the age of 6 with the group Ca'b, which consisted of her and two of her younger sisters. Casme' came from a very musical background as both her parents were singers, and her mother Carolyn Barnes maintained the position as Casme's manager.
Casme' sang at her 6th grade graduation and due to the overwhelming response, Casme' was inspired to produce the multi-cultural assemblies at her high school, where she sang, danced and designed different wardrobes along with her mother. After high school, Casme' moved to Nashville, TN without any plans to get into the music industry and without any knowledge that Nashville was even called “Music City”. While in Nashville, Casme' won a number talent shows and gained invitations to several community events to perform.
In 2000, Casme' released a Christian album entitled To You From Me. Casme' has the heart and passion to inspire people through music, so during the wake of the devastation from Hurricane Katrina, Casme' released the album In the Midst of the Storm,which was aimed at encouraging and inspiring its listeners. Casme' currently resides in Nashville, where she's been making big moves. She has opened for many celebrity artists such as Eric Benet, Ginuwine, Eve, and Bobby Jones. Casme' has worked vocally for such artists as Keith Urban, Kimberly Locke, Ayiesha Woods and more.
This multi-talented Singer, Songwriter, Dancer, Designer and Motivational Speaker is also acting on the Big Screen. Last year she was a featured in Tyler Perry's new movie, "I Can Do Bad All By Myself” and on TBS’s “House Of Payne”. She has also starred in major stage plays across the U.S. with celebrity artists such as R&B Crooner Tony Terry, BET's Sheryl Underwood & Bill Hill. When Casme' performs, she pours her heart out on the stage and welcomes the audience to join her on her journey of love. Her vocals are strong & pure and her lyrics exemplify artisitic genius. Casme' is just what the music industry is missing, but her determination and drive will land her there.
