Bio

Cassini Club are a new, up and coming five piece indie/rock and roll band from Blackburn, UK.
Formed in February of 2009, the band have gone from strength to strength and gained a respectable following both locally and across various other locations in the North of England.

The band have recently played several high profile support slots including Newcastle band 'Little Comets', Joe Carnall and The Book Club (featuring Ex-Millburn/Arctic Monkeys members) as well as supporting a Mighty Boosh DJ set and Dirty Sanchez show (MTV).

Cassini Club have recently featured on the local ‘BBC Introducing’ show, which allowed for their track ‘Stand As One’ to be shared with music lovers across the North West, who may not have been able to make it to their gigs or whom are dedicated to finding new bands and emerging talent.

The show also included an interview with the band during a trip to Manchester to play a gig at Moho Live as part of an Indigo night.

Only months after releasing the track ‘Stand As One’, it was then selected to be featured on a compilation CD from On Song Records titled Talk Of The Town.

The Band have also had international plays across various clubs with this same track.

As well as getting their original material played both nationally and internationally, they have had the track ‘The Future Of You And I’ remixed by Ibiza Bora Bora beach Dj Rufus White. Recently the band have been playing live up and down the country landing themselves slots at Rock & River festival and a slot on the main stage at Darwen Music Live; a well known music event that has hosted performances from bands such as The Buzzcocks, and The Blockheads.

The band are also booked to support Sound Of Guns and The Arkanes this summer.

Cassini Club continue to create great interest with music producers, promotion companies and record labels, being referred to as “The hardest working band in Blackburn” from a number of different sources, and are also known for their energetic and unforgettable live stage performances.

The band have recently gained the interest of Twister Records, approaching the release of their new E.P, Straight Up Limbo, and continually aim to broaden their fanbase across the country.
